We had a wonderful time enjoying the poolside aqua exercise with Raul and the relaxing beach-side massages during our stay. Plus, the kids loved the kid club and we appreciated the fantastic evening shows. The only minor hiccup was the early check-out time. make sure to plan ahead if you have a late flight! 🌊

No Wi-Fi in the rooms, which is a big inconvenience!!! The lack of ice machines and proper refrigeration options is frustrating, especially for those with dietary needs!!! Having to chase down staff for basic requests left a sour taste.

The pizza shop by the beach was a lifesaver! Loved the custom omelettes at breakfast and the fantastic outdoor dinner. I'd definitely return!

I recently stayed in puerto vallarta and this resort really exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff, delicious food, and beautiful pool made for a relaxing holiday. My kids enjoyed the beach access and fun activities that kept them entertained while we relaxed.

i had a great stay at plaza pelicanos club beach resort all inclusive. it had everything close by like a pizza shop and snacks on the beach. the staff went above and beyond when they moved my rooms to the main floor due to my foot injury, which was a huge relief. the custom omelettes at breakfast were amazing too!
